INS publishes one official PDF bulletin per month from January 2010 onward. The bulletin catalogue is the discovery surface; each PDF is an independent archive resource and parser input. The Conakry-only 2002-base IHPC and the national 2019-base INHPC remain separate source families. No value is linked across that boundary by this connector.
The 2019-base bulletins publish the national aggregate plus all eight administrative regions, twelve main functions, source-native analytical groups, monthly changes, annual changes, and basket weights. Older bulletins publish the Conakry headline and their ten-function legacy classification.
