The publisher changed both geography and classification: the 2008 family is Niamey-only, the 2014 family is national with twelve functions and economic zones, and the 2023 family is national with thirteen divisions and eight regions. Publisher-linked 2022--2024 indices on the 2023 reference retain the legacy classification; they are not the current thirteen-division family.
