The April 2021 berry decline is a seasonal price movement, not a base change. INE HICP series IPCA8832/IPCA8833 and the archived Eurostat JSON-stat independently reproduce 93.99 to 62.39 and -33.6% MoM. Every April from 2017 through 2026 declines, between -8.4% and -33.6%, following February price peaks. April 2021 is only -2.0% below April 2020; the apparent permanent fall comes from comparing the winter peak with subsequent seasonal lows. Values are unchanged. Only the reviewed April 2021 flag is settled.

Source-published combined-passenger-transport price reduction. Both parent and single-subclass Eurostat indices read 166.51 to 102.85 in September 2022; these overlapping categories are not two independent base changes. INE HICP IPCA8730/IPCA8731 matches the index and -38.2% MoM. INE's September 2022 release, page 4, also explicitly tabulates -38.2% for combined passenger transport in its monthly CPI discussion. The complete relevant page was visually verified. No data correction is warranted; only this date and these exact category families are settled.

Exact source-published gaps in four transport-of-goods/recreational-durables category families. Independent JSON-stat decoding of all three October 2 Eurostat Spanish resources matches 1,335 monthly series and 304,393 observations with no missing, extra or changed cells. Each family's index lacks January 2022-November 2025 (47 months); its published MoM lacks January 2022-December 2025 (48). The reviewed JSON freezes all 380 exact omissions and source hashes. INE's independent HICP subgroup/class tables 76103/76104 return these categories from January 2026 only, no usable 2022-2025 cells, and explicit null YoY throughout the observed 2026 span. Eurostat additionally publishes December 2025 index anchors. The boundary is preserved, not interpolated or repaired from other classifications. This establishes source absence, not a claim of continuous comparability or a specific cause for every omitted month. It does not settle unrelated legacy QA or waive future missing dates.

The February 2019 green-legume spike is not a connector mismatch: INE HICP IPCA8850/IPCA8851 and Eurostat agree on 70.86/95.54/72.68 in January/February/March and February +34.8% MoM. The event's specific cause or a source correction has not been established. The owner has been asked whether to retain a dated caution or keep this category under review. Do not interpolate, silently correct the value, or settle the warning pending that decision.
SpainEurostat2022-03-01suppressedESP.CPI_ESTAT_CP045_*.M, ESP.CPI_ESTAT_ELC_GAS_*.M2026-10-04Single-month index anomaly
Source-published household-energy volatility, not an isolated parser error. The Eurostat archive exactly matches the stored CP045 index 115.35/139.98/117.65 for February/March/April 2022 and the ELC_GAS aggregate 119.93/144.26/116.94. INE HICP IPCA8193/IPCA8194 matches the CP045 levels and March +21.4%. INE's March release, page 4, independently discusses sharp energy increases and reports CPI electricity +28.5% and liquid fuels +29.8%. These components support the event but are not identical to the HICP aggregates; no source values were replaced. The two related aggregate warnings are settled only for March.
SpainEurostat2021-09-01suppressedESP.CPI_ESTAT_CP07242_*.M2026-10-04Possible index rebasing
A genuine toll-price reduction, not a rebasing. Eurostat and INE's HICP series IPCA9054/IPCA9055 agree on 137.43 to 84.76 and -38.3% in September 2021. INE's contemporaneous CPI/IPCA release, page 4, explicitly attributes the fall in related personal-vehicle services to some motorway sections becoming toll-free that month. The page's broader CPI class reports -7.6%, not the narrow HICP toll rate; those quantities are not substituted. A sustained price reduction need not be an index base break. The original values remain unchanged.
